One developer.
1000x output.
I build websites, online shops and apps for your business. With AI tools, this is much faster today than it used to be. My experience makes sure that everything still runs clean and secure. For you, this means shorter waits, lower costs and a result you can rely on.
“AI tools make me fast. My experience makes sure the result is right.”
I work on my own, with no agency behind me. There is no salesperson who passes on your requests and no junior developers who learn on your project. You always talk directly to me, the person who does the work. Your money goes into your project, not into overhead.
— Patrick Florian Schneider
What does 1000x mean?
Picture an experienced craftsman with a machine that lets him work many times faster than his colleagues. That is roughly how I work.
Experience. For more than 10 years, I have built online shops, platforms and apps. I know what works and what gets expensive later.
AI tools. They do the routine work, around the clock. I set the direction and check every result.
Your advantage. You get the output of a whole team, but you pay for only one developer.
Website builder or custom work?
As fast as
a website builder.
But without limits.
With Wix, Squarespace and similar builders, a website goes online quickly. But as soon as you need something the builder does not offer, you are stuck. With me, that limit does not exist.
Why software projects are often slow and expensive
It takes a long time
In large teams, a new feature often takes weeks, even though it could be done in days. A lot of time goes into meetings and coordination, and you pay for it.
Many people, high costs
An agency often puts several specialists on one project. Each of them costs money, and all the coordination between them barely moves your project forward.
Cheap quickly gets expensive
Many developers now use AI without being able to check the result properly. At first this looks cheap. In the end, everything often has to be rebuilt.
How I work
I am fast because I use AI tools. And I am good because I know what I am doing.
Listen and plan
First, we work out together what you really need. I spot possible problems early and plan for them right away.
Build fast
Then I build your project. The AI tools do a lot of work in a short time, and I check every step.
Test thoroughly
Before anything goes live, I test it thoroughly. Is it secure? Is it fast? Does it still work when many people use it at the same time?
Go live
Your project goes live. Updates run automatically, and I keep an eye on whether everything works. You get all access details and documents so that you stay independent.
“I’ll just try it myself with ChatGPT.”
I understand the thought. In practice, it often goes like this:
The start goes great
You tell ChatGPT what you need and get something that looks really good in a few minutes. You are excited, and everything seems easy.
The first problems
The login does not work properly. You ask ChatGPT for help. The bug is gone, but something else breaks. With every fix, the whole thing gets harder to follow.
Nobody understands it anymore
The AI built things one way, then another, without a clear plan. No developer wants to take over the project because it is too risky. You have to start over or pay a lot to clean it up.
The real problem
AI does not notice when it gets something wrong. Security holes, a badly designed database or a system that breaks under many visitors: you only find out when real customers use it.
AI does not know your business
AI gives an answer that sounds reasonable. Whether it fits your project, it does not know. An experienced developer asks questions first.
AI does not think ahead
What should your offer look like in two years? How many customers will you add? What happens when something fails? Answering questions like these takes experience.
AI does not check itself
Insecure logins, data protection gaps, entry points for hackers: AI builds in mistakes like these again and again when no expert checks the result.
With experience, AI gets really fast
I use the same AI tools. But I know what to ask, and I see right away when something is wrong. That is how I quickly get to a result that lasts. That is what I mean by 1000x.
What I build for you
From the visible interface to the technology in the background, you get everything from one source.
Websites and web applications
Fast, modern websites, from a simple landing page to a customer portal with its own login.
Subscriptions and member areas
Subscription models, member areas and licenses. I build systems that bring you income every month and grow with your business.
Connecting your software
Your shop sends orders straight to the warehouse, and requests from your contact form land in your CRM automatically. That means less manual work for you.
Smartphone apps
Apps for iPhone and Android that connect to your website and look just like it. Everything comes from one developer.
AI for your offer
A search that understands what customers mean, automatically written texts or fitting product suggestions. I use AI where it really helps you.
Reliable operation
I make sure your website runs stable, stays up to date and is always available. You have no work with it.
What I have built
For more than ten years, I have built systems that run in real operation, for clients from many different industries.
Subscription platforms
Built and extended subscription billing with thousands of subscribers, many pricing models and the right payment methods.
Online shops
Developed custom online shops where more visitors buy and that make daily work easier for merchants.
Web and smartphone apps
Developed apps that customers use every day. From the first idea to launch, it often took only a few weeks.
Business websites
Built fast websites for businesses that rank well on Google and make a good impression.
Agency team or 1000x?
What a typical web project really costs.
Agreed in advance. You pay for the finished result, not by the hour.
Fixed prices instead of timesheets
With hourly billing, you carry the risk: if it takes longer, you pay more. With me, the price is fixed in advance. If something takes more time than planned, I carry the risk, not you.
